INGREDIENTS

dark chocolate 200g
120g flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
vanillin
A pinch of salt
160g sugar
4 eggs

METHOD
Melt the chocolate in a double saucepan with the butter.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar and add the sifted flour with vanilla and baking powder, add a pinch of salt and the melted chocolate.
Peel the pears, cut them into cubes and add them to the rest.
